Tend is a “flip and write” game — well, technically, it's a flip-and-scratch-and-roll-and tick-and-stamp-and-write. In the game, players are each building up their own farm and collecting the greatest selection of goods to send back to Zenith HQ for research. All players will be using the same deck of task cards each round to take actions on their own sheets.
Tend to your crops and animals, explore the mines and woods, or kick back and cast your line into the pond and see what bites. It's everything you want in the classic farming-an-alien-planet genre.
This edition includes 6 packs of colored pencils, 100 farm/manifest sheets, 100 scratch off cards, and 6 metal coins.

A true sandbox
Sandboxes don’t force outcomes, they simply give you the ingredients for fun. Both mechanically & socially, Tend provides the tools to shape your experience in a way that fills your heart with joy.
Choose your tasks
Each turn you'll pick two of the five face up task cards. Tend pioneers will then work simultaneously on their farms.
Tend to your crops
Till the soil, plant a crop, water your seedlings, and watch them flourish. Each crop is represented by a dice, ticking up each turn. What will you grow on this alien planet?
Scratch a path
That's right... this game has scratch offs! Start at the top and scratch your way to the bottom. What will you uncover?
Hook, line, and... roll
Roll the dice to catch fish in the pond, or unlock one of the other 3 fishing locations for the rarest of catches. Will you catch 'em all?
They call it a mine
More scratching! But not sniffing. We couldn't quite find the right "mining" scent. Will you discover the secret treasures of this alien underground mine?
Badge unlocked
Collect resources to unlock badges like farming, iron, fishing, and generalist. Each badge earns you Zenith points as a reward for your expertise. The more resources you gather, the more Zenith appreciates your contributions to their research!
Fill your manifest
Once you've gathered enough resources, it's time to start loading them into your cargo manifest. Players will stamp or color each good into their grids, with each being a different color or shape. Each filled square awards Zenith points! The Zenith Corporation appreciates your ongoing efforts to further their important research of this mysterious new world.
